We are looking for a few dining rooms servers in our assisted living community. We offer flexible schedules and can work with your high school schedule. People would describe you as dependable, self-motivated, charismatic and calm under pressure. You seamlessly adapt to changing priorities with competing priorities. You have an eye for efficiency, lead with compassion and have deep experience with food service.

Reporting to the Food Service Director, you will:

● Greet each guest, take resident food orders and serve food in a fine dining manner

● Communicate with guests to understand their needs, feedback and satisfaction with the food and service

● Be responsible for the appearance and cleanliness of the dining room

● Practice all safety, sanitation and loss prevention procedures, adhere to universal precautions and all infection control guidelines

● Perform any other reasonable task as assigned by the supervisor

What you’ll bring to our team:

● Valid food handler’s permit ( May be obtained during hire process)

● Ability to read, write and follow instructions.

● Genuine passion for serving the elderly

● Positive attitude and leadership qualities

● Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

● Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time

● Maintain at all times a neat and clean professional appearance
