To match our high-end, international lingerie business we are looking for a Digital Service Agent to support our US clients with online returns and inquiries.

Your responsibilities:

  • Primary: Fully process online customer returns in line with company guidelines, including receiving, processing returned product in the systems, packing product returns to the warehouse, and documenting return issues requiring follow-up.
  • Collaborate with our Customer Service Agent to respond to customer inquiries until resolution with the goal of customer retention. Activities may include entry of sales and returns, follow-up on delivery dates and shipments, and answering customer questions.
  • Serve as back-up to Customer Service Agent in the fulfillment of online gift card purchases.
  • Support the growth of the boutiques and client satisfaction by acting as a positive, confident and energetic force with both coworkers and customers.
  • Show a willingness to learn and respond to coaching feedback on how to improve performance continuously.
  • Work closely with all team members to ensure a premium experience for our customers from start to finish.

Skills and competences:

  • Enthusiastic and positive individual with a commitment to high standards
  • Proven ability to work well independently, stay organized, and complete tasks thoroughly and accurately with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive and transparent communicator
  • Detail oriented with strong follow-up skills
  • MS Office suite proficiency and ability to learn new programs quickly. The role uses multiple software systems, so comfort with computers and using technology is required.
  • A client-oriented mindset
  • Discrete and professional at all times
  • Solves problems by bringing new ideas and always looking to make improvements
  • Fluent in English
