Our Lamar office in Green Tree, Pennsylvania, is now hiring a new Account Executive (salary + commission) to help us bring innovative outdoor advertising campaigns to life for brands in Green Tree, PA, and the surrounding areas. The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for the daily operations of regional digital billboards, including charting, scheduling, and uploading creative.

A day in the life:
- Responsible for daily operations of regional digital billboards, including charting, scheduling, and uploading creative
- Maintain up-to-date lists of inventory
- Provide on-location client training for Lamar partners
- Manage all public service/non-profit accounts
- Act as primary support to sales staff - includes assisting with sales presentations, proposals, mapping, marketing materials, and market research
- Assist sales managers with daily activities, including meeting preparation, reporting, and call-ins
- Responsible for national requests for proposals in the Pittsburgh region
- Responsible for promotional materials
- Provide proof of performance reports, occupancy reports, revenue reports, etc. Solve client billing discrepancies and assist in collections
- Manage all donations
What we're expecting from YOU:
- Must have a solid knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing spreadsheets, database and presentation software.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of related experience, preferably in sales, marketing, or administrative roles
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- The primary work environment for this position is an office.
- The physical demands for this position include light lifting, reaching, seeing (with a focus on reading, color distinction, and acuity), sitting more than 50% of the time, standing, talking, turning, and walking.
- Nights spent away from home are less than 10%.
