Position Summary:

MFG Compliance – Digital Media Associate I position supports cGMP compliance, training, and onboarding of new employees within internal manufacturing through the use of audio/video productions and digital media. This position works under the direction of MFG Compliance management and partners with Seagen internal manufacturing groups to create videos which provide a visual medium for enhancing communication and assisting with continuous improvement of training and learning development for manufacturing employees.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Support Seagen internal manufacturing through the development of videos to support learning and understanding of cGMP manufacturing equipment and processes described within Operating Procedures (OPs)
  • Support projects associated with presentation of the North Creek Manufacturing Facility and assist with digital media support for/during audits and inspections of the site
  • Assist with the development of a storyboard and outlining format, flow, concept, and narrative dialogue for each video
  • Produce and edit audio/video content
  • Support the implementation of videos for use with Seagen electronic Learning Management System(s)
  • Assist with the creation of templates and utilization of best practices to streamline production of videos

Expected Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / Associates Degree with exposure to digital media and audio/video production and post-production editing coursework
  • Familiarity with digital media editing software (i.e., Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) for image/film/video post-production activities
  • Established skills working with film/video production equipment
  • Experience with video pre-production storyboarding, scripting, and scene development organization
  • Organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as being self-motivating and working effectively individually
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with 3D animation and modeling software (i.e., Blender, Houdini)
  • Bachelor of Arts Degree in Digital Media (Audio/Video) Production

The hiring pay range for this position is $59,000 to $75,900 per year based on skills, education and experience relevant to the role. Other components of total compensation include a competitive equity grant at the time of hire (with additional annual grants, and grants upon promotion when applicable), and an annual bonus.
