Digital Marketing Operations Manager
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our team! As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our digital marketing platform systems; everything from lead management software optimization and automation to sales enablement tools to support our B2B marketing efforts.

Mission
The Digital MarTech Operations Manager (DMOM) will oversee the technology and automation processes used to streamline our B2B digital marketing practices and drive digital engagement and sales.
The role will establish the MarTech stack needs and budgets for marketing technology and working with other managers to understand what technology is needed to improve the marketing process.
The DMOM will ensure that all B2B marketing activities are in line with our company’s mission and standards.
The DMOM is technically inclined but also creative with marketing experience; we at Michelin have the opportunity for you.
The Digital MarTech Operations Manager will be a member of the Digital Marketing team
reporting to the Director of B2B Digital Marketing.
Job Details
Key Expected Achievements for your given perimeter (Estimated % of time)
Manage all aspects of marketing operations building and maintaining digital marketing technical stack / systems (35%)
  • Including, but not limited to
  • Company web sites Michelin, BF Goodrich, Uniroyal, Michelin Retread Technologies (MRT) and Oliver brands
  • Account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Sales Force Dot Com: Marketing, Sales, Services and Community Clouds
  • Google Analytics
  • JIRA tickets
  • Social listening tools
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Product Information Management (PIM) systems
  • Code Build
Provide technical and functional knowledge while managing cross-functional projects (25%)
  • New integrations, tools, processes, and training that contributes to overall successful project outcomes.
Monitor and coordinate multiple B2B digital campaigns business activities and performance (15%)
Work in collaboration with our data analytics team members (15%)
  • Providing critical metric reports for management
  • Monitoring and tracking key performance indicators
  • Analyzing data, assess trends and define actions to optimize performance
Manage and improve relationships with vendors (5%)
Understand and supervise the costs of marketing activities (5%)
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Additional consideration with a certification in marketing operations
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Marketing Operations Manager or similar role
  • Deep understanding of current marketing tools and how to implement them
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Community Cloud
  • Experience with reporting and analytics—Google Analytics preferred
  • Experience with ABM-Account Based Marketing, Content Marketing and paid search and social campaigns
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Strong multitasking, analytical and presentation skills
  • Creative and a problem solver while also being technically knowledgeable
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
