We are looking for an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager with experience in managing activities who can raise the profile of the Company through the development of active marketing strategies and communication programs in line with business objectives. Your knowledge in digital marketing will influence developments within our complete package of websites and you will manage the design, production and maintenance of all business literature. The position will require determination and an ability to organize a schedule to promote the range of products that we have available.
Responsibilities Include:
- Design support in the development of Websites
- Support and work in liaison with restaurants and hotels’ management team under our profiles with all elements of campaign management from start to end.
- Innovate, oversee, direct and manage social media content from concept to execution including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google as well as future channels.
- Ability to forecast upcoming trends and come up with trendy and up-to-date captions/ideas for social media channels
- Manage and approve paid campaigns across social media channels
- Write and edit copy for multiple platforms including, but not limited to social media, website, newsletters, etc. and ensuring that all content is aligned with the brand voice.
- Responsible for staying up to date with social media trends particularly focused on food & beverage and hospitality industry.
- Create Market research PowerPoints and infographics for upcoming projects.
- Create and design collateral, infographics, PowerPoint decks, flyers, videos, and more.
- Ability to shoot photos and videos of upcoming products or during events
- Post production
- Assist with event planning and execution.
- Hold weekly meetings with restaurant managers to discuss weekly and monthly marketing objectives
- Other related administrative responsibilities.
Digital Marketing Manager Qualifications/Skills:
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Creating and maintaining client relationships
Coaching and subordinate involvement
Managing processes
Self-motivated yet customer-focused
Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the Food & Beverage industry
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
