Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager’s primary responsivity is to grow both DTC (Direct-To-Consumer) sales and follower/subscriber base

of the Method Race Wheels brands while utilizing the appropriate creative content, images, and voice that properly represents each brand and/or targeted consumer group.

The Digital Marketing Manager owns all digital marketing initiatives across all marketing platform or service types, this includes email, social media, search, video, advertorial, paid placements, and affiliate programs while also supporting digital initiatives for the content and ecommerce teams. Continuously monitoring and improving digital marketing channels for driving sales and spend efficiency.

Key Job Responsibilities:

· Ownership of all digital marketing channels and platforms. This includes, Google ads, Facebook ads, email marketing, affiliate, surveys, and contests

· Primary and managing point of contact with all external contractors and service providers for digital marketing

· Maintain digital advertising budgets with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting

· Interview and select digital marketing agencies and platforms along with owning onboarding and day-to-day tasks or communication.

· Ensure CWH brands are represented well online, and that communications and advertisements meet our high brand standards

· Email including automated journeys and segmented one-off campaigns

· Testing of other / emerging ad platforms and social networks

· Coordinate launch of new products and other digital marketing promotions

· Work with creative department to create display banners for various platforms

· Coordinate with Content and Ecommerce leads on go-live dates for products, online creative, PPC ads, and email sends

· Ensure that the correct message is given to specified customers by pairing the CWH Brand’s Target Customer with

demographic data to create Customer Personas

· Assist in keyword research and testing for ads and SEO / content creation

· Create positive communication experiences with key contacts internally and externally

· Coordinate with the design, product, brand marketing, and management

· Work with the Creative Team to develop best in class user experience while balancing brand experience with sales conversions tactics

Required Skills and Experience:

· Ability to perform data analysis in spreadsheets like Excel and Google Sheets

· Knowledge of digital marketing best practices that result in efficient customer acquisition

· Familiarity with customer retention metrics, strategies, and best practices

· Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Email Marketing, and Shopify platforms

· Ability to compile and analyze search data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction

· Ability to perform click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities

· Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, competitive environment

· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

· Strong organizational and project management skills

Position Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor of Science – Marketing or relevant degree is preferred

Experience:

3-5 years experience of relevant experience

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Office environment depending on assignment.

May be required to lift 20 lbs. frequently.

May be required to walk, stand, sit, bend and/or lift for long periods of time.

May require vision abilities to validate and enter data on computer.

Compensation: $75,000 - $93,000

The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Fox reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
