We're an e-commerce company in the nutritional supplement industry looking for several marketing team members to join us at our Magnolia/Woodlands, TX area office.

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for executing multiple aspects of our marketing efforts. Your duties will be assigned based on company needs and the unique combination of talents, skills and experience that you bring to the table.

The right candidates will possess many of the following skills:

• Social Media Management - Planning and creating content, coordinating graphics with our designer or creating your own graphics, filming lives, taking photos, creating reels, stories, etc.
• Social Group Management - Fostering engagement, planning and promoting marketing events and diet challenges within our Facebook groups.
• Affiliate and/or Influencer Marketing - Building a program, promoting and recruiting candidates
• Email Marketing Marketing (Klaviyo ideally) - Loading and scheduling emails, strategy, flows, etc.
• Graphic Design - Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for both web and print design
• Video Production -- From start to finish -- filming, editing and publishing
• E-Commerce Experience (Shopify or similar) -- Creating and editing store content, store design, development and app management
• Landing Pages -- Building out landing pages on wordpress and/or shopify
• Wordpress website management -- Editing and creating content, design and development
• Knowledge of Good SEO Practices
• PPC and Social Ad Management and Strategy
• Brand Strategy
• Assisting with overall project/task management
• Back up sales/phones when needed (this is very minimal)

As with any small business, duties and tasks may change depending on your skill level and our needs. The right candidate will be flexible and understanding of this.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience, ideally specifically with e-commerce marketing
• Specialized training and/or degree preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow up, manage and complete tasks on time
• Excellent communication and writing skills, including knowledge of proper grammar and punctuation
• High comfort level with technology and ability to learn quickly
• A can-do attitude and willingness to take on new tasks and projects as needed, flexibility working in a small team
• Working knowledge of any of the following platforms would be a huge plus: Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress, Asana/Monday, Gorgias, Recharge, Rebuy
• Personal interest or experience in the Health and Wellness industry a HUGE plus!!!

This is an in-office position. Hours for full-time position are generally Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Part-time or an adjusted schedule would be considered for a highly-experienced candidate with consistent availability/schedule. We're a family owned and operated company founded in 1992. Our office is located located in The Woodlands/Magnolia, TX area (off FM 1488 near Kuykendahl/Old Conroe Rd). Full-time employee benefits include fully-paid health insurance, paid vacation and holidays and 401K with company match.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
