REPORTS TO: VP of Sales & Marketing

JOB SUMMARY

Seeking an entrepreneur Online marketing person within driving distance of Sanford, Maine.

Applicants should have good disposition and be able to work in our fast paced product development and manufacturing environment.

Casco Bay Molding is an ISO:13485 certified product development and manufacturing company specializing in silicone medical, consumer, and industrial parts.

We have our own sustainable medical grade product lines and need B2B and B2C online marketing and sales assistance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

It is assumed you will be learning constantly in this type of position.

- Entrepreneurial spirit with a professional demeanor.

- Self-starter, motivated person who wants to learn and grow.

- Willing to be trained in manage customer projects and/or relationships

- Ability to being a customer professional customer dialog

- Handle B2C customer issues and feedback

- Assist in streamlining incoming orders and outgoing product fulfilment

- Experience in SEO keywords

- Facebook ads

- TikTok short video clips placement

- Comfortable building out Shopfy and Wordpress websites.

- Experience with A/B testing tools is preferred

- Ability to work with and manage overseas web content sub-contractors

- Hybrid work, remotely and in office/factory

- Able to take simple product photos

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Mold design ability is an advantage not a necessity

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

- Self Educated or University degree or work Experience.

Excellent Writing Skill are preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS - Must have a good command of the English language and be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS Willing to help in a pinch with package and fulfillment. The ability to lift a maximum of 25 lbs. is required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment it both an office and sometime in a factory if required to check on open order or other issues.

Job Type: Full-time, but willing to consider Part-Time and some hybrid working arrangment.

Pay Range: $47,000 to $55,000 depending on experience and expertise
