Position Overview

The Digital Services Specialist is responsible for working with our team and customers to manage the services related to content management and licensing for the successful deployment of a digital signage project. Ultimately accountable to ensuring timelines, deliverables and billing are coordinated to meet client expectations. The single point of contact for all stakeholders, the Digital Services Specialist will work directly with customers to ensure content is prepared ahead of completion of a project. They will also work with customers to manage content requests for customers with subscription based managed services. Throughout the project and after they will coordinate all licensing with vendors and ensure recurring billing is set up with the client.

Essential Functions

• Plan and supervise all assigned project activities to ensure smoothly run projects with consideration to cost, schedule, and scope.
• Coordination and preparation of all requests, including but not limited to Content Design, Licensing, Support and Drawings requests.
• Manage internal records for tracking of subscribed services for invoicing and renewals.
• Place purchase orders with vendors for software, licensing and services.
• Coordinate with customers and designers for content development, updating and scheduling.
• Provide solution-oriented customer service to Capital Signs customers.
• Coordinate with all interfacing departments.

Essential Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Basic experience with Adobe Suite, primarily Photoshop and Illustrator
• High level of organization
• Must be able to communicate effectively in a team and with customers
• Self-motivated & Resourceful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Graphic design: 2 years (Preferred)
