Job description
Our company is looking for a Dietary Manager who will help to oversee our dietary service. The Dietary Manager will oversee a team of food preparers and cooks and ensure that dietary needs and preferences are met. A top priority for the Dietary Manager is the health of patients, so we're seeking an individual who bears this in mind when making meal decisions and can make practical decisions about food availability.
Responsibilities:
- Feed babies, toddlers, and preschoolers with special dietary needs.
- Assess the nutritional status of older adults and develop plans to meet their needs.
- Train staff how to feed patients with special dietary needs.
- Work as part of a team.
- Communicate with other healthcare professionals and patients' families.
