Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering the full continuum of services for individuals with substance use and/or mental health disorders.  PAR has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in west Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical services, and research.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

​The Dietary Aide position involves assisting with food prep and service, cleaning, putting-away stock, and helping to maintain refrigeration and storage areas. Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchens and dining rooms. Assists cook in preparation and serving of food.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of simple food preparation techniques. Knowledge of first in-first out rotation method used in kitchens. Knowledge of cleaning and sanitization methods. Ability to put up stock and maintain dry and refrigerated storage areas. Ability to use various types of food preparation equipment. Ability to wash and sterilize pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.

Capable of climbing a ladder or step stool and lifting up to 50 lbs. Good vision (corrected or uncorrected). Ability to stand for long periods of time.
