Job Title: Dialysis Registered Nurse in Springfield,Massachusetts
We are looking for a talented Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team in Springfield, MA. As a Dialysis RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with kidney disease in a chronic dialysis setting. You will also be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the unit as the Charge Nurse.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications as prescribed by the physician
Monitor patients' vital signs and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
Communicate with patients, families, and physicians regarding patient care
Maintain accurate medical records and chart patient progress
Oversee daily operations of the unit as the Charge Nurse
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
Requirements:
Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dialysis setting
BLS certification
ACLS certification preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
