Utah Community Action of Salt Lake City, UT is seeking to hire a Full Time Development Associate

This Development Associate position earns a competitive salary of $74,317. We also offer generous benefits, including health, dental, vision, a flexible spending account (FSA), a Health Savings Account (HSA) with up to a $2,500 match, a 401k plan with 5% match, short and long-term disability, accident insurance, life insurance, 11 paid holidays, paid time off between Christmas and New Year's, paid time off (PTO), and an hour of paid time on Fridays for self-care.

The Development Associate will work with the Chief Impact & Strategy Officer to create, manage and implement goals and strategies for the agency as they relate to donor and partner engagement. This includes fundraising, events, marketing, communications, and volunteer engagement

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of Nonprofit Experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master's Degree in a relevant field, or professional qualification
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Other Duties

• Work with the executive team on strategic planning
• Supervise development specialists, including communications specialist and volunteer/event specialist
• Cultivate strategic partnerships to increase UCA influence, visibility, and revenue
