We are a US-based relocation company and have an opening for a Destination Service Consultant (DSC) to join our team in Alpharetta, GA.

We work with local companies assisting their relocating employees with area familiarization tours and home finding support. For international clients we also provide assistance with SSN applications and CA drivers licensing.

This is a 1099 (independent contractor) position. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who appreciates the flexibility of being able to select the hours and specific client assignments that work with their schedule. You may already be working as a DSC for other companies, or may be a realtor and looking to supplement your income.

In this role, although you can expect to receive assignments year-round, our peak season is typically May through October.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Past or current experience in a similar role is strongly preferred
• A current real estate license would be advantageous
• Empathy is key. The ability to put our clients at ease is important
• Detailed local area knowledge is essential
• Knowledge of the local school system is required
• You should be fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus, but not essential)
• You must be comfortable with technology, knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
• You should be well organized, not afraid of paperwork, and happy to work independently
• You must have a keen eye for detail and be comfortable with tight deadlines
• A flexible attitude with regard to hours and schedule changes, and the ability to step in and help out at short notice is appreciated
• Excellent writing skills (including good spelling and grammar) are critically important
• You should enjoy working with a variety of people from different cultural backgrounds
• A blemish free driving record and a late model 4 door car are required
• Weekend availability is often required
