Job description
We have an urgent long-term opening with one of our major clients for a position of Desktop Support Technician, to work in Panama City beach, FL
The ideal candidate will be required to have strong experience in providing customer-facing end-user support that includes break-fix support for laptops, desktops, tablets, and associated hardware peripherals. IMAC assistance, including large-scale and bulk office moves as well as re-stacking activities (for all moves),
The candidate will be expected to support image devices, such as printers and MFDs, in addition to supporting the operating system, base load software, Microsoft Office suite, and other business programs.
The applicant should also have the ability to resolve access-related issues with smart cards, passwords, and security, application configuration and troubleshooting, general inquiries, and provide support for the mobility devices (iOS, iPhone, and iPad). VIP and home-based office (HBO) user support
The candidate is also required to collaborate with vendors to deliver end-user support (e.g., with hardware vendor technicians for warranty repair or replacement).
