Job Purpose
The USP Coordinator is responsible for assisting the AVP with shipping & receiving equipment, coordinating setup, as well as reviewing & processing USP video.
Responsibilities
USP Surveillance Equipment - Shipping / receiving equipment from field personal including updating equipment logs- USP Surveillance Equipment Setup - Assist AVP & Shop Manager to maintain and setup surveillance equipment for field surveillance investigators. Consults with Manager on appropriate surveillance strategies for individual cases, before and throughout the investigative process.
- Video Processing – Processing and reviewing video, to include capturing still photos, for updates and reports.
- Updates – Providing updates after video review to the Director and Account Manager for deliver to client.
- Written Reports – Reviewing video and generating final investigative reports for grammatical and factual accuracy.
Credentials
Basic Computing and Applications skills- Position must report to Thomasville, NC office
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Creative thinker
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Outlook & Excel
- 3-5 years prior office/administrative experience and/or Associate's Degree in Business or Criminal Justice
- Prior related surveillance & workers’ compensation experience is helpful but not required
