Renew is a patient-driven healthcare provider focused on providing a technologically advanced completely digital, implant-supported, and implant-retained full-mouth restoration solution for our patients suffering with missing and failing teeth. Renew has recently expanded into the Tri-State area with the grand opening of multiple new state-of-the-art dental surgical centers and is seeking exceptional Surgical Dentists to join its rapidly growing team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform surgical procedures to extract teeth and place dental implants
• Examine, diagnose, and present treatment plans to patients
• Execute comprehensive patient treatment plans
• Maintain patient medical records
• Comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and all other laws, regulations, and ethics governing the practice of dentistry
• Provide safe and effective conscious sedation services to patients
• Uphold Renew’s standard clinical protocols, policies, and procedures
• Supervise duties of clinical team
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in dental surgery (prosthodontic, restorative, and/or implant dentistry a plus)
• DMD or DDS from an accredited institution
• Licensed to practice dentistry in the State of New Jersey or New York (as applicable)
• Successful completion of pre-employment credentials (e.g., background check, license verification, NPDB, etc.)
• BLS or ACLS certification
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Conscious sedation license or certification (a plus)
• Must be team oriented and have a strong work ethic and personal standard of excellence with a patient centric philosophy

Schedule

This is a full-time position and offers a four-day work week. Typical office hours are Monday-Thursday from 7:00am-5:00pm, with occasional Fridays as needed.

Compensation

$240,000 annual base salary + 100% bonus opportunity
