• Owatonna, MN- 6/12/23 - 6/30/23 M-F, 7/3/23 - 7/27/23 M-TH/
• Duluth, MN - 6/22 - 6/30, 7/31 - 9/01/
• $1000 per day plus hotel and transportation

Requirements
Current Dental License, DEA
