We are a private dental office located in Odenton, Maryland. We are seeking a reliable full time employee to become a member of our team as a patient care coordinator. This role will include but no limited to: Greeting patients, making sure that all necessary paperwork is completed by patients and input in our dental software correctly, answering multiple phone systems, scheduling appointments, providing treatment plan estimates as well as presenting treatment plans, checking patients out, collecting patient copay's, and verifying dental insurances.

Our office hours are:

Monday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Tuesday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, Wednesday 10:00 AM-7:00 PM & Thursday 8: 00 AM-3:00 PM (one hour lunch)

2-3 years Dentrix experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Dental receptionist: 2 years (Required)
• Dentrix: 2 years (Preferred)
