Job description

We are looking for a Dental Hygiene Assistant in Brewster, New York to assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. This person will handle a variety of clinical duties for dental office operations that range in complexity and skill with pleanty of room to learn and grow. All aspects of the job require an exceptional level of customer service and communication skills.

The following dental hygiene assisting duties are noted; however, other duties may be assigned:

• Seating patients
• Recording patients medical history and blood pressure
• Taking patients radiographs
• Record perio charting
• Setting up and cleaning rooms
• Schedule patients recare
• Enter patients treatment plan
• Assist of breakdown and maintenance of all hygiene equipment

Must have the following qualifications:

• Must have radiograph certification
• Must be a Registered Dental Assistant
• Registered Dental Assistant certification updated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour
