Our dental office is looking for an experienced, cheerful full-time front desk receptionist. You must have dental background to be considered for this position.

Main Duties
A. Greet patients
B. Answer Phones
C. Check in Patients & Give necessary paperwork
D. Tidy up waiting room
E. Front Desk Tasks - Checking emails, scanning, shredding, importing x-rays, sending x-rays, etc
F. Call Insurances for Breakdown & Eligibility
G. Check out patients and collect co-pays
H. Treatment planning
Applicant must have some experiences on working in Dental practices , excellent communication skills and willing to learn. We offer benefits (medical insurance, dental insurance, 401K, PTO).
Schedule
Monday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM (we see patients once a month on a Wednesday and that day would be 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM (we see patients on1-2 times a month on a those days would be 8:30 AM - 3 PM)
