Delivery Support Specialist Overview

The Delivery Support Specialist provides administrative support and customer service to clients, customers, and internal team members.

Responsibilities

(include, but are not limited to)

• · Providing exceptional communication and organization in the following areas: Routing, Reporting, Customer Communication and Support, Claims, Administrative Tasks

Requirements

• Willing to work a schedule that may include early mornings, weekends, and some holidays
• Demonstrated key characteristics of a successful Delivery Support Specialist (as described above)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Previous experience in customer service or routing is a plus
