The Decom role’s primary focus is to oversee and provide tactical planning expertise in support of supply, capacity and demand of Client’s portfolio of space in a specific geographic region and implementation of move, add, change requests, small project activities and decommissions for Cushman and Wakefield's client, Humana.Please note: This position requires heavy nationwide travel, up to 75% of the time. You are able to work remotely from home and must live near an airport.

Responsibilities
- Oversees and coordinates facility decommissions as it pertains to projects within assigned territory to maximize space efficiencies while implementing solutions in-line with client lines of business and corporate real estate goals
- Inventory assets and coordinate with client departments for disposition
- Obtains quotes and generates RFQs required for the completion of the Decommission project or requests and Issues POs for approved simple requests or projects to contractors, supervises furniture installations and related equipment moves. Reviews requisitions, change orders and other invoices associated with the project and confer with client and property management on costs and impacts.
- Develops/obtains agendas, scope, business requirements, performance specifications, procurement strategy, safety plan, master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met.
- Collaborates with Cushman team members and all client teams as it pertains moves, decommissions on all efforts by coordinating reoccurring project meetings.
- Walk through sites with landlord and vendors to determine scope of work or to commence site surrender to include thorough personal health information sweep
- Manage timeline and budget throughout project lifecycle
- Assess field conditions and review all job safety expectations with contractors

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
