Decision Support Analyst (Labor Management Analyst)
Responsibilities
- Reconciling FTE budget and Position Control Report
- Assis with maintaining Position Review Committee requisition list and approvals
- Assist with developing staffing plans and FTE requirements
- Calculate FTE and cost neutrality for consolidated and transferred positions
- Coordinate agency and contract personnel renewals and new requests
- Assist with developing and maintaining department workload targets
- Assist with developing annual Operating Budget
- Prepare meeting materials for weekly Position Review Committee
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources, IT or related experience.
- Masters Degree or higher is a plus
- Minimum of three years of experience in analysis of hospital labor management
- Advanced knowledge and skills in FTE analysis and management
- Must be highly proficient in Excel
- Experience in Taleo, Strata and Peoplesoft desired
- Experience in hospital operations desired
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and negotiation abilities are required
