Decision Support Analyst (Labor Management Analyst)

Responsibilities

  • Reconciling FTE budget and Position Control Report
  • Assis with maintaining Position Review Committee requisition list and approvals
  • Assist with developing staffing plans and FTE requirements
  • Calculate FTE and cost neutrality for consolidated and transferred positions
  • Coordinate agency and contract personnel renewals and new requests
  • Assist with developing and maintaining department workload targets
  • Assist with developing annual Operating Budget
  • Prepare meeting materials for weekly Position Review Committee

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources, IT or related experience.
  • Masters Degree or higher is a plus
  • Minimum of three years of experience in analysis of hospital labor management
  • Advanced knowledge and skills in FTE analysis and management
  • Must be highly proficient in Excel
  • Experience in Taleo, Strata and Peoplesoft desired
  • Experience in hospital operations desired
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and negotiation abilities are required
