Job Description

Job Title: Debt Resolution Attorney

As a Debt Resolution Attorney, you will play a crucial role in achieving successful outcomes for our clients' federal legal cases. Your expertise in preparing, signing, and filing legal documents with accuracy and compliance will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity of our clients' cases. In addition, you will attend court hearings and 341 meetings, representing our clients and advocating for their rights. Your passion for federal law and commitment to achieving positive results will be evident as you navigate the complex legal landscape and provide exceptional legal support.

Legal Document Preparation, Signing, and Filing: Skillfully prepare, sign, and file legal documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail.

Court Hearings and 341 Meetings: Attend court hearings and 341 meetings on behalf of our clients, representing their interests and advocating for positive outcomes.

Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis using Excel and analyze financial documents such as tax returns, pay stubs, payment plans, quotations, and contracts to provide insights for federal legal cases.

Empathetic Client Service: Provide excellent service to existing clients with empathy and understanding by conducting interviews to assess their current legal needs and the viability of potential amendments to their cases. Build rapport, address client needs effectively, and provide empathetic support.

Case Management Support: Assist in organizing case files, maintaining case calendars, and coordinating activities to ensure seamless case management for federal legal cases.

Bilingual Communication: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues in both languages, and the court in both languages.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous in preparing and reviewing legal documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail.
