The project we are recruiting for:

Our team collaborates closely with our partner, supports and maintains applications for retail shops.

The software application is a digital tool designed specifically for managing and maintaining various contracts and financial elements.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business data owners/stakeholders to understand their data, their data needs, and the business context
• Provide technical support to customers via email and remote desktop sessions
• Troubleshoot software issues and provide timely resolution
• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software defects
• Assist with software deployments and upgrades

What are we looking for?

• Good knowledge and experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, Excel VBA, Git, Visual Studio
• Good understanding of how data is stored in databases and the ability to write SQL code to retrieve it (querying complex datasets)
• Hands-on experience with database tuning, troubleshooting performance issues, and errors using all available resources
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Advanced English level
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
