Who You Are

We are seeking a data entry specialist with a keen interest in accuracy and efficiency that works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assume the responsibility of accurate data entry.
• Type in data quickly and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.
• Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
• Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
• Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.
• Search for and investigate information contained in files.
• Perform regular database backups to secure data.
• Input text-based and numerical information from source documents.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors.

Skills

• Proven experience as a data entry specialist
• Adherence to laws and best practices in regards to dealing with customers and data
• Comfortable dealing with numbers
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
• Proficiency in English
• Results-driven and patient
• High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness

Schedule:

• 8-10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
