- This is an onsite job at our Long - Term Care Pharmacy located at 2787 Charter Street, Columbus, OH 43228.

Data Entry Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities:
- Enter new orders into a pharmacy computer system for Staff Pharmacist review.
- Maintain customers’ specific information by entering new information, and updating and correcting information in the pharmacy computer system as required.
- Generate accurate labels for dispensing.
- Answer phones to respond to order inquiries.
- Place outbound calls to facilities to clarify orders as needed.
- Triage incoming faxes, promptly and accurately.
Data Entry Pharmacy Technician Qualifications:
- OHIO Pharmacy Technician License through the Ohio Board of Pharmacy is required.
- 1-2 years Data Entry Pharmacy Technician in Long Term Care Pharmacy Preferred with frameworks, docutract & ECM experience.
- Previous experience in Retail pharmacy/Hospital.
- Brand Name / Generic Medication Knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Basic Math Skills.
- Computer skills.
- High School or equivalent is a must.
