Watson Civil Construction, Inc. is a heavy/highway contractor working throughout Florida specializing in large site infrastructure, underground, and road work. We are a fast-growing company that is currently looking for a Data Entry Coordinator.
Job Summary
The Data Entry Coordinator is an office position responsible for managing a record-keeping database for various items related to company job sites. We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented candidate with excellent communication and data entry skills.
Job Description
- Inputs record-keeping by job site, type and use to ensure timely reporting in the database
- Assists in maintaining and establishing Excel Spreadsheets to track various forms of data
- Manages the additions and deletions of items to maintain an active inventory database
- Aiding the company in data entry and additional administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional problem-solving and accurate data entry skills
- Organization, time management skills and attention to detail a must
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Data entry and tracking/record-keeping experience
- Experience with Spectrum software
- 2-3 years of experience with tracking/record-keeping databases
Pay and Benefits
- $15-$20 per hour based on experience.
