Job Title: Harvest - Scale Clerk
Location: Hooker, OK, USA, 73945

Duration: 5 Month of Contact

Pay: $15.50 per hour.
Shift: Shift: 12 hours per day, 6 days per week

DESCRIPTION

As a Scale Clerk, you will be responsible for various clerical tasks within the office, including weighing trucks, grading grain, operating a PLC program, data entry, answering phone calls, and filing. Your role will require providing excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

• Weigh trucks accurately and record the necessary information
• Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist callers with their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department
• File and retain documents in an organized manner
• Maintain a clean and neat workspace to ensure efficient operations

Job Requirements:

• Comply with goal of achieving a zero injury culture by understanding and following company safety procedures
• Possess a high school education or equivalent
• Exhibit regular and punctual attendance
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the position, including prolonged periods of standing and sitting, using a telephone, bending, kneeling, and lifting storage boxes
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required
• Demonstrate initiative to work independently while also being flexible enough to collaborate effectively in a team setting
• Maintain a professional image at all times and display a positive and respectful attitude
• Proficient computer skills, with previous experience in data entry using Microsoft Word and Excel being preferred
• Previous experience with office equipment such as copiers and fax machines is desirable
