TITLE: Call Center/Data Entry

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager

ABOUT THE POSITION

In this entry-level position, you will support our clients by working in the outbound call center, acquiring the necessary tax information, and entering the data into our proprietary system. Want to learn more about what we do? Visit our website.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to obtain an e-Services account with the IRS
• Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday (if full-time)

BENEFITS + COMPENSATION

• Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
• $18.00 to $21.00 hourly (Total Compensation)
• Base Pay: $18.00/hour
• $500 SIGN-ON BONUS*
• $250 paid after 30 days of employment
• $250 paid after 90 days of employment
• *Must be hired as a full-time employee and meet the minimum level of expectations at the time of payout in order to be eligible
• Medical, Dental, Vision eligibility on 1st of the month following the date of hire
• 401(k) & Roth eligibility after 30 days of employment
