Data Entry 1 in Fort Myers, FL 33913 : 9+ months
What you’ll do:
Manage the receipt of subcontractor invoices and accurate entry into Oracle. Reconcile to confirm accuracy.
Obtain receipts for specific projects and catalogue them in Excel.
Accurately process entry of Research Analyst time.
Electronically file all emails and contractual documentation in SharePoint.
Process other revision requests as directed.

Skills
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Excellent ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
· Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Effective listening skills

Education
· High School Diploma required; Associates Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
