Demonstrated expertise analyzing data with minimum 2 years of experience.

- Fully Bilingual- English and Spanish
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge: formulas, pivot tables.
- Power BI, preferred.
- Knowledge and ability to navigate Windows, iOS, Android, and cloud services (iCloud, Google Drive, OneDrive).
- Provide recommendations on how to better manage initiatives for pre upgrade/upgrade/fallout management based on data findings.
- Work together with the technical system upgrade team to ensure alignment with their efforts and analysis.
- Develop customer journeys that show how to approach pre-upgrade/upgrade/fallout management efforts.
- Develop and implement customer communications strategies.
- Draft customer communications to be sent to customers and send communications to customers.
