Essential Functions:

    n
  • Cybersecurityn
      n
    • Manage compliance with CMMC, NIST 800-171, and any other applicable cybersecurity regulations. Manage and assist any audits, assessments, and inspections related to Respond to requests for compliance certification from clients and partners.
    • n
    • Perform periodic software updates, vulnerability assessments, and access reviews. Co-ordinate with third party security monitoring companies for log reviews and real-time monitoring updates. Oversee and review security work done by larger IT team.
    • n
    • Lead the Incident Response Team. Perform bi-annual meetings of the IRT which review and update the Incident Response Team. Head up the information collection, reporting, and mitigation of damage during cybersecurity incidents.

    • Advise the Director of Security, CTO, and Leadership team in user training, emerging threats, and company risk profile. Develop, present, and implement mitigation solutions.

    • Provide cybersecurity advice and consulation to internal development teams regarding system design and deployment.

    • Configure Anti-virus and SIEM solutions and respond to their alerting.

    • Manage Active Directory in a synced hybrid Azure Active Directory environment. Connect external apps and internal systems for SSO using RADIUS, MFA, and LDAP.
    • n
    • Use Windows Certificate services to manage corporate PKI. Track and maintain third party TSL certs for public facing services.
    • n
    • Administer ESXi and Hyper-V hosts for internally hosted VMs to include attached storage.
    • n
    • Configure and administer Windows Server and Linux machines in a hybrid Azure environment. Evaluate current usage and capabilities, develop and implement new services and servers as required.
    • n
    • Maintain and reconfigure network switchs, firewalls, WAPs and virtual network environments. Manage IPSEC tunnels and edge network devices for geographicly disperse.
    • n
    • Work with Developers to maintain development servers that include testing machines, code repositorys, build machines, and deployment servers. Handle advanced system configuration tasks when needed.
    • n
    • Design and build Azure IaaS deployments for external customers in service of internal development tasks.
    • n
    • Provide Tier 3 support for enterprise issues. Respond to outages and lead troubleshooting efforts for complex problems.

Qualifications and Education:

n
    n
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience of 3-5 years in the CyberSecurity field and 5-8 years of overall IT experience.
  • n
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required.
