What’s a typical day as a Customer Support Rep ? You will:
- Handle customer related phone calls with courtesy and professionalism
- Use your great customer service skills to ensure that customer inquiries are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly.
- Respond to email correspondence quickly and competently.
Required Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment
