DrinkBranders provides custom logoed drinkware to customers throughout the country. We market digitally to drive highly qualified prospects to our ecommerce website where they are able to place an order from start to finish. We pride ourselves in providing personal, happy and effective support from the beginning of their search through delivery of their custom printed drinkware via phone and email.

DrinkBranders is looking to fill the position of: Customer Success Team Member

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver warm, friendly service with a smile: respond to web-generated phone calls and inquiries with appropriate solutions
• Update and maintain contact database via CRM software to ensure appropriate recording & follow up of all contacts and opportunities
• Create & process client sample requests and formal estimates
• Respond to and resolve order related questions, issues and requests
• Social Media- initiate customer engagement, photo uploads and conversation via Facebook and potentially Google as well as Linkedin and other means
• Must live within approximately 1 hour from Traverse City, MI as we do require occasional in person meetings and trainings.

Core Skill Sets:

• Solid background in similar customer service environments including STRONG listening and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
• Experience using CRM software is a plus
• Strong writing skills - specifically related to communicating via email
• Organized and effective in dealing with a constant flow of information with proficiency in work flow prioritization
• Comfortable in the world of Social Media including, but not limited to, Facebook, Google & Linkedin

Wage Range (Annualized): $32,000 to $40,000 Based On Experience
