We are seeking a motivated English/Spanish Customer Success Specialist/Account Specialist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Success Specialist/Account Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer service inquiries related to our technical and non-technical products via phone calls, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
  • Providing exceptional account management to our clients, including proactive outreach and follow-ups, offering solutions, negotiating pricing, and maintaining long-lasting relationships.
  • Leveraging your background in technical products (training provided), specifically point of sales and payments-related hardware and software, to assist customers and provide expert guidance.
  • Participating in training sessions to expand your knowledge and stay up-to-date with our products and services, ensuring you can provide the best support possible to our customers.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and engineering, to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Assist other teams with any customer facing related tasks

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer success, account management, or technical support role.
  • Background in technical products, preferably POS and payment-related hardware and software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and scenarios.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish
