About the Role: Customer Service Trainee

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Trainee who is passionate about finance and technology to join our Service Center Team. In this role, you need to understand clients’ pain points and you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. Also, you need to support our back office and middle office team to ensure operation efficiency. This role is a precondition for becoming a registered representative and you will be required to obtain your FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses.


Responsibilities


  • Communicate with customers using email, phone, and chat.
  • Solve customer issues efficiently and effectively with kindness.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by identifying and communicating customer pain points or opportunities to the product team.
  • Assist other registered representatives in their roles as needed.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the compliance program.

Qualification

  • You will be required to obtain your FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses within 6 months of start date.
  • Experience in a support/service role for a financial services company
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional live service, both in‐office and remote
  • Familiarity with financial services and the stock market
  • Ability to think critically and apply logical problem‐solving skills to isolate and resolve issues
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Must be able to act independently and be self‐motivated
  • The ability to quickly defuse customer anxiety through exceptional customer service skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution

Base Salary Range

$60,000 to $65,000 annually
