At The Bynes Company, we work with different brands to humanize their customer experience. - ️Applicant must reside in the United States. We are unable to work with contractors in the following states: California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin.
- ️Contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check and voice assessment.
- ️The compensation varies on the selected client. The Bynes Company contractors have earned up to $19/hr. Paid Direct Deposit.
- ️As an Independent Contractor, you will be considered 1099.
- ️Training is NOT paid!
- ️There are no benefits ( vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind. ) as you will be an Independent Contractor

- ️Willing to work 15 or more hours
- ️1+ year previous experience required
- ️Equipment: personal computer (no tablet) with Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system, USB headset with microphone, wired house phone, wired high-speed internet (no wi-fi) with at least 10 MBPS, and antivirus software installed.
- ️ Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service across different channels (phone, chat, e-mail)
- ️ Excellent written and verbal communication
- ️ Attention to detail
- ️ Friendly tone and professional demeanor
- ️ Self-motivated and resourceful
- ️ Tech-savvy and avid computer user
