When you join Team Bynes, you can work by providing customer service in any of these industries: Banking, Financial & Tax Consultant, Energy Representative, Roadside Assistance, Resort Reservations, Cable Provider, Home Improvement, Home Warranty & Repairs, Senior Living, Senior Transportation, TeleHealth, Crusie Line Support, and Much More!

• ️Applicant must reside in the United States. We are unable to work with contractors in the following states: California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin.
• ️Contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check and voice assessment.
• ️The compensation varies on the selected client. The Bynes Company contractors have earned up to $19/hr. Paid Direct Deposit.
• ️As an Independent Contractor, you will be considered 1099.
• ️Training is NOT paid!
• ️There are no benefits ( vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind. ) as you will be an Independent Contractor

Requirements:

• ️Willing to work 15 or more hours
• ️1+ year previous experience required
• ️Equipment: personal computer (no tablet) with Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system, USB headset with microphone, wired house phone, wired high-speed internet (no wi-fi) with at least 10 MBPS, and antivirus software installed.
• ️ Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service across different channels (phone, chat, e-mail)
• ️ Excellent written and verbal communication
• ️ Attention to detail
• ️ Friendly tone and professional demeanor
• ️ Self-motivated and resourceful
• ️ Tech-savvy and avid computer user
