Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Customer Service Representative (CSR) Job Duties:

· Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.

- Scheduling customers for maintenance.

· Generating sales, breakdown and maintenance leads that develop into new customers.

· Answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products.

· Resolve customer complaints.

· Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
