Hawthorne Animal Hospital is a 24/7 emergency, small animal and exotics hospital celebrating 65 years of service in our community.

We are rapidly growing and need more great people! Our Customer Service Representative (CSR) positions are some of our key players here. Directing phone calls, scheduling patients, asking and answering questions, working the front reception desk as well as the call center can provide an exciting day and great learning experiences. Experience in a call center and veterinary clinic/hospital is preferred, but will train the right candidate.

Our CSR's generally work 12 hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays. We are looking for a person that can work between the hours of 6:50 a.m. - 10 p.m. Full time positions offer medical, dental, vision, life insurance, pet wellness benefits, and many more.
