Customer Service Representative

Position Title: Customer Service
Position Reports To: Customer Service Department
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Receive incoming phone calls from various customers nationwide.
2. Quickly identify and respond to a variety of customer needs.
3. Process quotes and orders.
4. Answer various questions regarding order status, order tracking, and product features and benefits.
5. Perform outbound phone calls to follow up on order status or obtain additional order information.
6. Must be able to work in a structured environment and feel comfortable interacting with many different people by phone.
7. Perform follow-up calls to direct various company marketing programs.
8. Setting up daily/hour plans to meet personal performance objectives (90% phone time and 10% admin/planning).

QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- At least 3 years of customer service experience. Administrative assistance or call center experience is helpful.
- Strong phone communication skills.
- Proven interpersonal verbal communications and writing skills.
- Ability to read from a script.
- Outstanding follow-up skills.
- Computer proficiency is a must. Demonstrated ability to operate and utilize CSR computer programs as well as general business software including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook email.
- Superior time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects.
REQUISITE EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
REQUISITE EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 3 years customer service experience.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
