A well-established automotive insurance and claims company in Hermitage is in need of driven Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound inquiries from customers. These candidates will answer questions regarding claim status and updates, processing vehicle repairs, and resolving general customer issues. The ideal candidates will be willing to learn and grow with previous call center experience.

Compensation for the Customer Service Representative

• Temp to hire
• $16-18/hour depending on experience
• Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
• Health Insurance offered during temporary period

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proven experience in a customer service or support role
• Excellent communication skills; phone and email correspondences
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain positive customer/partner relationships
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Proficiency in using computer systems and applications; Microsoft Office and Outlook

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

• Answer a high number of calls and emails from customers and resolve any issues or concerns
• Verify direction to pay and ensure payment is uploaded as a .jpeg
• Process repairs through internal database
• Assist colleagues and other employees with administrative duties
• Record texts/email updates into internal database
• Efficiently and accurately correspond with insurance carriers and customers to obtain payments
• Keep customers informed of applicable updates and statuses
• Conduct post-repair customer satisfaction follow-up
• Provide customers with warranty and final bill paperwork
• Other clerical duties assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
