Our Sales Team is growing and we are excited to be hiring for a Service Representative! We are seeking a qualified candidate with previous merchandising experience and excellent customer service skills. The Service Representative will be based out of Portland and will cover Medford and Bend regions.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate the delivery, installation and teardown of product displays in collaboration with an assigned outside sales manager and within an assigned territory/region. Execute display installation in a timely manner and in an aesthetically pleasing way.
• Perform routine display audits at retail customer locations to ensure they are set-up and maintained in accordance to the company sales and marketing strategy.
• Prioritize delivery requests and establish daily routines that are cost effective while maintaining exceptional customer service throughout all route deliveries.
• Promote collaboration with Account Managers and Outside Sales Representative by building relationships with customers and relaying relevant information to the sales team.
• Safely operate and maintain the company vehicle by following an established maintenance schedule and doing routine safety inspections. Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What we look for:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal, sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Two years of experience in a route delivery and product display or similar position preferred.
• Basic carpentry skills to set up/take down product displays.
• Prolonged periods of time driving, standing, bending and operating hand and power tools while maneuvering heavy products or hand carts.
• Clean driving record- will be operating a company van or box truck and must be able to travel to 90% of customer locations while occasionally staying overnights.
