We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for the Lima, OH, Cable Road and Hanthorn Road operations. This role is responsible for data entry, answering telephone calls, problem solving, contact with warehouse team, achieving and maintaining rapport with customers, and working to provide the best possible service. This position is responsible for the timely scheduling of loads to be received and shipped while maintaining good records via the customer, and the applicable WMS system.
