About the Position of Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist for Mavis, you will help team members at Mavis’s retail locations use our state-of-the-art Point of Sale (“POS”) system to generate work orders and customer invoices, troubleshoot and resolve common user issues and provide answers to frequently asked questions about specific POS protocols. By partnering with retail team members, The Customer Service Specialist will also support a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

Mavis recruits team members who share our commitment to meeting the needs of our growing customer base by responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. To be eligible for the position of Customer Service Specialist, you must:

• be at least 18 years of age;
• be legally authorized to work in the United States;
• be able to work 5 days each week (including either Saturday or Sunday); and,
• have a minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience.
