Work Hours: M - F: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, or M-F: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, or M-F: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm,

Pay Scale: $18.00 - $21.00/hr depending on experience + Bonus

Primary Job Function: To assist sales the sales team in reporting, educating clients on our products and services, scheduling sales appointments, and tracking sales performance. The Customer Service Associate will act as a liaison between the customer and the company, making sure that customer needs are met while maintaining a positive, productive open line of communication between the customer and all company departments.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2-year customer service and/or sales experience or equivalent education
• Demonstrated core customer service skills always exhibiting customer-oriented decisions

No HVAC Experience is Necessary

At Howard Air, we believe that knowledge is power! To keep our team learning and growing, we've designed tiered training courses for all levels of experience. Our in-house trainer is one of the most experienced in the industry. As a certified trainer with experience dating back to his days as a service technician, you will receive the most detailed and hands-on training that the skilled trades have to offer!
