Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails for the Service Department for multiple locations. The CSR will also confirm service appointments and perform respectful follow-ups to provide customers with a positive customer experience. The CSR will strive to generate repeat business by reaching out to current customers and ensuring complete satisfaction in their vehicle's service appointment. Prior call center experience would be a plus but not required.

- You have 1+ years of customer service experience
Essential Functions:
- Answer all incoming Service Department phone calls and emails promptly
- Call current and former service customers to confirm and schedule appointments
- Communicate effectively with internet customers according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, or in-person)
- Maintain accurate data in the customer database
- Schedule service appointments for the soonest available time slots
- Follow-up via the customer's preferred method of communication to ensure they were completely satisfied with their service and assist in remedying the situation if the service does not meet the customer's satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
- Authorized to work in the United States
