The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients. The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, assisting with claim inquiries, plan administration, and resolving issues. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, Zendesk or in-person with professionalism and compassion.
• Assist clients with plan administration tasks, including claims inquiries, enrollment, and other service-related matters.
• Resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner, escalating to management when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and carriers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and changes in regulations that impact health insurance.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance or healthcare industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
